It could be 1 of the following problems 1) pipe length from pump should be same lengths
2)dirt stuck in pipes - pipes should be flushed out
3)pipe might have a kink in it

DreamMaker 8003-xcal B6L Hot tub jets will not turn off, seems like they're always on? Why is this, and how can I fix?

When you say the jets are always on..do you mean on high or are they sometimes just very low flow?
If it is a very low flow it could be that you are seeing the jets when the spa is heating and/or filtering.

The water ouput from my Tosca shower system has diminished progressively over the past 2 years to the point where the ouput from the shower head is about half of what it used to be and the output from the...

if the problem evolved progressively over the past 2 years and there were no changes at the pipes , your problem is the limestone build in the body and the head of the shower.
You can fix this by dissmounting the unit , after you shut off the water of course, and wash it with some anti limestone solution available in your area .First you can try let it soak in the soulution for a while. If the problem would be from pipes it would be permanent and wouldn't agravate with time passing. good luck.

most of the jets in a Hot Tub are adjustable. the face of each jet can turn on/off. Make sure they are all open or you will not have good water flow and cause too much back pressure on the pump and cause it to fail.
check the jet faces when you turn the pump on.
also a dirty filter will cause low water flow so check that too. take it out and see what pressure you get through the jets.

The jets are not working as efficiently as they were origionally-appears power is poor-only half the strength of what it was.

Well the 2 clues you give make me think the motor is dragging or the jets have an obstruction like a small piece of something lodged in the system

Water flow problem

2 things it could be. Bad flapper seating or back siphon.
1) visually check the flapper. Is it worn, cracked, or not fully seating because the chain might be too long and preventing a good seating?
2) IF the flapper is good without anything blocking it open there, then you have back siphon. Make sure the small hose that goes from the fill valve into the over flow tube has an high arch. If the arch is too low, after the water is cut off the gravity will back siphon water out of the tank.

check behind the access door for a air tube that goes from motor switch to button if either side has come off you have to re attach it just cut off 1/4 inch of the tube before you do. that will make it fit tighter

Some jets are clogged

the outer ring on the out side will unscrew, just be gentle and you may have to use a large pair of channel locks, plyers, but don't grip the plastic to hard so you don't scar the plastic

Leaks from jets along outer wall

This is a hard fix, The jets are glued on to the back of the tub with an epoxy type material. the jets should spin on and off from the inside of the tub. You need to determine if it is the hole where the jet is that's leaking or if it is the jet assembly and tubing that is leaking. If it is the jet hole that is leaking, spin the jet off and use aquarium grade silicone (Lowes carries it)
spread this around the piece sticking thru the tub and spin the jet back on. This is a hit or miss fix. No easy fix if it is the tubes or jet assembly, full access necessary for this repair.
