Since you did not specify your browser, i assume it's msie, just clear internet history

Internet Explorer users can view the address bar history by clicking the down arrow on the far right side of the text box. To help keep the pages you have recently visited or searched for you can clear the address bar history.
To delete address bar in Internet Explorer 7.0:
• Select "Tools"
• Select "Internet Options".
• Open the "General" tab.
• In "Browsing history" area click the "Delete" button.
• To delete list of web sites you have visited (delete Address bar history), click "Delete history" and then click Yes.
• Click Close and then click OK.

To delete address bar history in Internet Explorer 5.x/6.x:
• Go to Tools and select Internet Options.
• Open "General tab", click "Clear history".
• Click "OK".

Note: in Internet Explorer even if you delete address bar history manually, history file (index.dat file) stores information which can show where you have been online. History file can't be deleted manually as it is used by Windows all the time.

When I tried to back up my files, it stopped when it was almost finished and now a pop up box keeps coming up saying your D drive is full, low disk space, delete un wanted files. I dont know what to...

Sort your files and delete those files from D drive which are trash in your thought or simply delete the folder which you selected for the backup, delete completely the folder.

Deleting sister's misspelled email address from Windows Mail

Actually that addresses that keep pop-upping when you type the address is the history of the programs or the application form that is stored in the computer for future references or for fast selection... there are many solution for that problem. for example in your browser. if you use Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer all you have to do is to clear the history of the browser by going to browser options and selecting delete history button and you have to do that in each browser that you have.. but is you want the history of all the logs that you maid will be erased I suggest using CCleaner.. it will clean history in your browser and application forms and other logs in other programs........ you can download the programs in www.ccleaner.com and its free to use.. you can also configure the CCleaner what programs you want to erase the history.. I tried deleting a burned version of roxio creative suite 9 and now I keep getting a loading screen popping up looking for the disc. I have t press cancel several times for it to stop. This only happens...

1.You should reinstall the software if you can.

2.Then go to add remove hardware and remove if from there.

3. if this still does not work out the reinstall again and find the folder with the uninstall file. ( right click desktop icon select properties click find target ) and click the uninstall file.

Your windows registry still contains elements that want to use the software. By just deleting your folder / files you have left all of the hidden commands in windows that is used to start the program.

Pop up weindow

Hi Ma`am,

You can stop this message from appearing by deleting it in the start-up configuration. How to do this is go to start then run, on type msconfig. A menu will appear then go to start up tab then uncheck the the HP Product Assistant. After the configuration was done the computer will ask to restart your computer. Try if the popup windows will still appear.

True Vector

Click the Start button. Choose Run. Type in msconfig, then click OK. In the window that comes up, click the tab Startup (on the top line). Look for TrueVector Service and uncheck the box next to it. Don't change anything else. Click OK. The next time you start the computer, Msconfig will pop up to tell you you've made a change. Tell it not to start next time and close the window.
That should do it.
By the way, you said you DELETED Zone Alarm. You can't just delete a program. You need to remove it by going to Control Panel and then Add/Remove Programs. Otherwise there will be remnants of the program that might still try to run.
