I have problem with my audio driver

Please go to this site and select the operating system you are running. Audio drivers may be under Audio or chip set. Please note that Vista drivers should work with Windows 7. Hope this helps.

Windows Vista Audio Drivers:

Windows XP Audio Drivers:
http://s02.download.sony.com/US/pc/REDAUD-01199801-XP.EXE

Download the driver and install then restart computer.

AND DOWNLOAD AND RUN THE AUDIO DRIVER

CHECK LAN CARD DRIVER INSTALLED OR NOT

usually the last four digits of your default username is the password. try that. if that doesnt works... why cant you contact the cutomer care??

Follow the links and download the drivers and that will take care of your problem.  Once you have downloaded the files open them to start an install process.

after downloading drivers,open the setup and install it to your PC.Check the sound card.the installed drivers must be suitable for your sound card.not all drivers will operate on your sound card.if still problem persists try installing vista.
