Managing to keep the settings on our Panasonic CQ-RX102W car audi

I have followed the instruction to the letter in the rather uninformative book!!! every time the car engine is switched off the pervious settings go back to factory settings, the radio loooses its stations and the treble/bass return to 0, PLEASE can you help?????

Make and model of the car?It's rather simple.Many German and French cars have the permanent and the accessories power cables switched.Switch them back from the stereo's connector's cables.(The red to yellow and the yellow to red).First it would be a good idea to check that out with a voltmeter.

Can anyone help me please with setting clock on my Panasonic car stereo model no CQ-RX102W. I have misplaced the manual and cannot intuitively work it out! Any assistance would be most appreciated

And to save some time here is what i found for setting the clock:

The 24-hour system is used for the clock.
1 Press [DISP].
(clock display)
2 Hold down [DISP] for more than 2 seconds.
Hour blinks
3 Adjust the hour.
Hour entered
[>>]: sets the hour ahead.
[]: sets the hour back.
4 Press [DISP].
Minute blinks
5 Adjust the minute.
Minute entered
[>>]: sets the minute ahead.
[]: sets the minute back.
6 Press [DISP].
Completed
Notes:
• "ADJUST" is displayed before adjusting the clock.
• Hold down [ or [>>] to change numbers rapidly.
• When "NO DISC" is displayed, the clock cannot be
adjusted.
Clock Display at Power Off
Press [DISP] to change the display.
Display off

Can you tell me how to programme a Panasonic CQ- RDP151N radio and CD player. I have it installed but cannot preset any chaneels as I have no instructions. Many thanks, Liz


seek the station you want and then choose which preset you want the station to be at.. press and hold the preset button for 2-4 seconds and the station should be locked in that preset. repeat for each preset.

Try opening it up and removing, than re-installing the internal battery (that keeps the code)

Bought a panasonic radio model # CQ-4400U did not have a wire diagram with it


You can find a generic color code diagram for most/all aftermarket car stereos (including Panasonic) here:

This picture should cover just about everything. If the picture has a wire that your stereo doesn't, just ignore it. Not all stereos have all color wires, and some stereos have colors or RCA jacks or plugs that aren't in the diagram. Those are usually connectors for amplifiers, CD changers, satellite radio, or something like that. The basics should all be included in this diagram though. Good luck!
