Enviro 080 not spinning at all

Simpson enviro 080 front loud not spinning at all, I can hear the tics of the electric mogul

there is probably something stuck in the filter. take the plastic cap off and clean it out. i had this problem and found a coin wedged in the filter part. once the coin was removed.......good as new!

Simpson enviro 080 doesnt spin


water backing up in the machine indicates a blockage. Two places to look are the filter and the hoses. If it is a well used machine there is a possibility of clothing in the pump. Usually something small like a sock. Hope this helps.

Timer turns off during cycle


Yes. The timer needs replaced. Either the motor inside is getting too weak to turn, or the gears are stripping out on it.

Simpson espirt 650 6.5kg spins wildy, can hear


Hi
Firstly check ..the drive belt will be loose.. You will have to replace it immediately.

Secondly the bearing on the motor drive has got damaged.... change the bearing....
No third reason...

There is a small compartment in front bottom of machine where you undo the screw with a coin. Pull out the cylinder and look inside and you will probably find a coin or similar jamming it. When you take the cover off have a bowl underneath as you will get some water coming out.

Hi,
Try these steps
  1. Test the lid switch
  2. Test the timer control
  3. Test the centrifugal switch
  4. Test the water level switch
  5. Inspect the motor coupler
  6. Inspect the drive belt (belt drive only)
  7. Inspect under the washer for soot (clutch)
  8. Test the motor
  9. Inspect the pulley
  10. Test the transmission
pls rate my suggestion

Knocking while spinning


something is loose or broke you need to remove the bottom panel and top panel and see what is hitting may be a strut
