If you see your optical druve(cd/dvd drive) you'll see a small hole on it, beside eject button. then find a hard thing that coul suites to that hole.push it and your disk will come out.. thank you...

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

I cant remember my macbook Pro password

Your best option is to use a Mac OS X install disk. Insert the disk, hold the 'C' key to startup from the CD drive, and there should be an option to reset your Administrator password. The details will depend on the version of OS X.

Cant find the disc on my powerbook g4

STart up your G4 using the OS disc for leopard, but instead of reinstalling the system, go to the menu at the top of the screen and Launch Disk Utility.
You may need to remount your hard drive. The disk utitliy can do this for you. Then it should appear in the disk utillity window. Then you should be able to install the OS and away you go!

The Mac should work right out of the box! You don't have to install anything. The install disks are ONLY if you need to re-install the operating system which is a once in a lifetime event!

like the other person said, just boot from an os installer cd and do a clean install,it should completely wipe out any locks. when booted from the cd,go to the utilities folder on the disk and choose disk setup and reformat your hard drive, then do a clean install.
