some of the samsung units need to be reset if you have a new remote..contact your nearest agent for that aircon they will give you a code to type in using the remote control.if this does not work you might have to replace the internal pc board.good luck

if your indoor unit is leaking water down the wall,it is from one of two things.First, is possibly the insulkation on the copper lines is coming loose and the suction line is condesated,with no way to drain,it drips down the unit.The other possiblity is that the drain hose is coming loose from vibration and leaking a little.

Yes, if the filters are clean, the coils are clean, and it is still freezing up in cooling mode, then it is low on refridgerant.

Sound like a defective receiver board. Have this checked. Also check to see that your remote transmits. Hold the top part of the remote to your phone or digital camera lens. press a button and a light should appear on the screen of your phone or digital camera screen.
