Question about SanDisk Sansa e270 MP3 Player
Every time I turn on my Sansa e270 It goes to the language menu, as if it were brand new. All of my settings are set to default too. This just started happening about a 2 weeks ago, and I did not drop it or do any damage to it. I've also noticed that it takes longer to start up, and to shut down. What could be the problem and/or what should I do?
Dear Unrestedmind..it seems as if we have the same problum..exactly..iv'e never dropped either.....i had the exact same problum... well...when it shows the language screen..just press "menu" and it will lead you to the main screen...but i hate to inform you..but it seems as if both of our E270's are defect models.....and their is nothing that anyone could do..but for now.....just press the menu screen and it will appear to the menu page -Doug
