I had this problem before and someone on line walked me through a reset procedure that involved un plugging it and holding down two of the buttons when I started it back up and I just need that procedure again.

Hello sir; You have to clean upthe ink collector by yourself, the procedure as follow; turn on the power open the top part ( same as when repace the cartridge) let cartridge carrrier move to the center then UN-PLUG the power, now you may move the carriage freely, move it to all the wayto the opposite direction from the ink collector, now you can clean the cell, after you clean up, turn the power switch off before you plug in the power cord.
Hello Sir, The error on this printer means that the AIO which is All-In-One is stalling or completely stalled. The repair procedure is given below. But you can reply me back clarifying that is it showing Cartridge error 1200 or Hardware error 1200. :---------THE PROCEDURE:--------------------------
Turn the Printer completely off to turn off AIO.
Then check for any Paper inside.
After confirming that there is none then Un-plug the AIO from the Outlet located in the wall.
After 10 Min, replug and check function.
Also the problem can be on the Catridge ( Most Commonly ). In this case you need to check the Catridge socket for any obstruction and also check that the Cartridges are not stuck or misplaced. Reply me for any further assistance on the Issue.
If the printer is only showing that error 1200 then take care of both the AIO and cartridges reset. Both have to be done.

I did find a procedure online to clear the memory and that did the
trick. Here it is, may help someone in the future:
Open lid, take both cartridges out. Physically remove the power cord from outlet or back of unit. While pressing the Stop/Clear button, plug cord back and kee pressing until a message saying "clearing memory" comes on. Reinstall ink. You're done, the message should go away.
