Most of the time when this message is shown there is a fault in the fax machine that requires repair. Please call service. Your user manual will have the support phone number that you can call to get assistance.
I've never seen a message like that with the 0390H code. There is no mention of that code in either the user manual or service manual. The closest thing is the sc390 code, which means either the toner density sensor or the developer has gone bad, and typically replacing the PCU can fix that problem.
If the new PCU doesn't fix the problem, you might want to try calling Ricoh for support, since their documentation doesn't mention that code.
IF MACHINE IS SAYING "PLEASE CALL SERVICE" 03 then it is indicating you have a fuser problem.(thats the part that warms up to melt the powder onto the paper.) Until the problem with the fuser is repaired this error code will not go away.
You probably have a faulty heater lamp or thermostat or thermistor on the exit side of the machine, and so it is not warming up and so giving you the error. check if it is warming up inside the machine where it says hot, but be careful just in case it is really hot( it should be above 100degrees celcius over there). You will need parts for sure.

You could try resetting it by the following · Try to clear the service call condition (for failures which are not related to the fusing unit): switch the power off, wait 10 seconds, then switch back on.
I take it you have already tried this but if this doesn't work then the unit will need replacing
