To avoid that kind of problems related to freezes or hangs up you can:

1) Clean your computer, be sure that your computer is not virus or spyware infected
2) Add more memory (if necesary)
3) Be sure that you dont have any hardware issue

Why do i encounter server hang-ups almost everytime?

Which server are you using? Checked event log? When is it hanging up and what software is scheduled on that time period? Is there something like expired anti-virus or media software there? I will post more if you can provide me more details.

More often than not the problem with operating system hang is caused by software. A virus can also be the cause of you trouble.
Registry problems also can cause a system to hang. If this is a recent problem run windows system restore and go back to a date when your system ran fine.
Run cleaning software. Download and run this free software;

Hope you find this helpful.

My Inkjet 2800 won't print DWG. (CAD) files. I have no problem with other files; word, excel, photos ... When I try a CAD file, the printer shows "printer error."

Does the printer show you Printer error with number and letters following it? Prior to printing, check the 'print preview' to see how the layout of the printing is showing. If the CAD drawing is not adjusted to fit on the paper in the printer, you may from time to time get a printer error.

Application hanging  if i scan my system my system is restarting if we dont scan then it is running good  suggest me wht to do

that shows that there is a software problem, the causes of hanging either a virus that infects your computer; a sofware which is not compatible with your computer. try to remember what was the latest software you installed if you can remember try to uninstall this(but make sure you have the back-up) then scan.

Software hang cant run

Hanging/freezing during an OS installation is indicative of a hardware issue. Usually the RAM or the mainboard is having issues.
