Re: SAmsung printer SCX-4521F
Run a print job, then when the paper jams, open the cover and remove the toner cartridge.
If the paper is past the area under the toner cartridge, then it is the fuser that is causing the problem. If it is not getting that far, I would clean the rollers that you see with a damp cloth(almost dry cloth).
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it. Thanks, Joe
Open door, remove toner, look towards back with flashlight where black rubber roller picks up the paper. clean roller with rubbing alchohol and q-tip. let dry and run. might not be permanent fix but its been working for me.

I think you should take all unused papers out, close tray and predd print button. If there is paper in the system, it may come out. A red light may also flash asking you to load papers. Now lod the papers and the red light will go off. Put a printed paper and try copying. If it copies, you are ok. Now print from your cpmputer command. If it prints you are ok. If it does not and you get paper jam warning, there may be a small piece of paper stuck in the system. You have to open each feeder and see if you find anything. Good luck.
I guess its a coz of paper jam in your printer. Heavy cardstock and certain types of slick or coated paper can cause frequent paper jams. To better isolate the cause of your problem (machine or paper), try a new **** of regular 20 lb copy or laser paper.
Don't Overload Overloading your paper tray can cause paper jams. Your manual may say that your input tray can hold 250 sheets -- but if you keep getting jams, try loading 225 sheets instead.
Check the Paper Check the minimum/maximum paper weights that your printer can handle. Paper that is too thick, or too thin, can cause jams.
If you still get paper jams after this may be its time to clear the internal of the machine..You might want to have a look at the following link..
Hello there, If the paper is lodged too far into the printer and can't be removed: Press the power button to turn the printer off. Pull firmly on the paper to remove it. If you can't reach the paper because it is too far in, raise the front cover and remove the paper from the front of the printer. Close the front cover. Press the power button to turn the printer back on. Resend your document to print.
Ensure that: The paper is a recommended paper for Laser printers. You do not force the paper down into the printer when you load it. For example, if you are loading letter or A4 size paper, the top edge of the paper should extend above the top of the sheet feeder. The printer is on a flat, level surface. The left paper guide is against the side of the paper. You do not load too much paper in the sheet feeder. Depending on the thickness of your paper, the sheet feeder can hold up to 100 sheets of paper. The left paper guide does not cause the paper to bend in the sheet feeder. Your printer feeds regular paper as expected. If regular paper feeds without causing problems, load the envelopes vertically against the right side of the sheet feeder. Make sure the paper guide is against the side of the envelopes. Envelopes or the appropriate specialty papers are selected in the printer driver. You are using a paper or envelope size supported by your printer. do not forget to rate this solution....good luck
