Question about Lexmark E320 Laser Printer
Print comes out fine, both color and b/w, but there is also always smears that appear to be a greatly offset smeared shadow of what was printed. Happens on every page. Looked at visible rollers and removed fuser assembly- nothing wrong that I can see. Manual just says to call for service for this issue- anything I can do on my own to correct this?
Looks like a problem with the laser unit or the drum unit or both, which may have to be replace. The website is correct. Best call for service.
