Question about Dell 922 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My Dell AIO 922 powers on fine, and can print documents and pictures. The scanner portion of the AIO is not working properly. Nothing happens when I press the 'scan' button on the printer. When I try to import photos into Adobe Photoshop via the printer the scanner does not work. The scanner never even warms up or begins to scan, it does nothing at all. I have reconnected power chords and restarted my computer, this has no effect. Any help would be appreciated, thanks
Not sure if this is the correct way around, but it worked. Go to Start --> All programs --> Dell Printers --> Dell Photo AIO Printer 922 --> Dell All-in-one center
From here, you can determine and change your scan settings as needed; then click "scan now" (thus by-passing the button on the actual AIO machine). This scanned photos into my picture program so I could email to all the grandparents!

Re-install the dirver software remove the printer from device manager.and then install. bye
