If you have the big card that came with the simcard, you can find there the PUK code and restore the PIN code... if not, you will have to buy a new SIMCARD...

Contact your phone provider and they can give you the PUK code. Usually dialling 150 gets you there.

Need PUK code for LG300g phone

My dear:
Very Best Solution:You Go To Service & Sim Office and Get The Puk code And Pin code From Office oprator
Enter The Puk code and Yes
Enter The pin code and Yes
So Puk code Open and Problem will Quickly Solved
But:
Don't try to enter a PUK code without knowing the right one.
You need to call your service provider to get this code.
It can be as many as 8 digits, and it is random. If you enter too many wrong codes,
you can permanently damage the device. So Please You Go to Service office
and Get the Duplicate Sim From Office Oprater
Same Your No Problem will Solved

I need the puk code for samsung t201, its a net10 prepaid phone

To get your PUK code, you have to contact the Service Operator, in your case Net10. It's to be done by yourself so that you can identify yourself as the true owner of that sim card. There's no other solution or crack for this since it's the code saved on the Service Operator's system. You can read more about PUK code HERE. It's one of my recently posted tips.
Let me know if you need further help.
Good Luck.
Thanks for using FixYa.

PUK code is blocked on prepaid LG 300g net10

Unfortunately, if your phone is only showing you the screen that displays THAT particular message (PUK code is blocked, please contact your service provider.), then you're in the same situation I'm in. I've contacted Net10 and spoke with someone in Tech Support and the solution they gave was to have my SIM card replaced with a new one they would send to me by mail. I laughed at the woman I was speaking with on the phone and told her that this will be the last time I lose EVERY bit of information on my phone (i.e.:personal reminders, text messages, personal downloads/files, and most of all, every single phone number (that I never bothered to make a backup copy of), because of a "defective SIM card" THEY sold me! Not once...not twice...but three times!!! After that, I hung up on her. So now I'm searching The Internet for another possible solution and if by chance I come across something that does the trick, I'll be sure to put it up in a new post. =]
