Question about Garmin GPS
Initially, would suspect condensation or dampness on the keys/buttons contact points underneath. Perhaps relocating its position or as to where it is installed inside the vehicle might help. You may also want to check the casing for any visible crack, slightly open or tightness of the fittings. Should problem persist, might you want to avail of the warranty repair/replacement or at least check if some sort of sealant/gasket could be improved.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information. Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.
