Problem for Kenmore 64802 Top Freezer Refrigerator

Kenmore Top Freezer refrigerator isn't cooling

Looks like the model # is a 10G868481A7 (last couple #'s are hand written). Problem is that it isn't cooling. There's the sound of a motor (compressor?) running, and I think the fan in the freezer compartment is running too.

In any case, does anyone have a troubleshooting process I should go through to help pinpoint the problem?

- Oops. Looks like there's an extra 6 in there (my keyboard does that with 6's). Looks to be model# 106.8688481
