Go to FUJI web site and look under support/service to download the manual for your camera model. Most manuals are in PDF format so are easy to look though and print off.

FinePix 3800 can handle any xD Picture Card size.
Unfortunately the largest ones are only 2 Gb
Here a chart of all available sizes, speeds
and approximate number of photos that can be taken on each.
Tested the xD 2Gb H & M+ on my own 3800 and both work great.

You may need to reinstall the software and drivers for your camera.

If that does not work, consider buying and using a card reader which would eliminate the need to have any drivers for the camera, because it is not necessary to connect the camera.

If you have more than one camera, it may make sense to use a card reader instead of installing software for each camera, including drivers.
