Pressing on the foot control only provides one speed for my machine. Even just pushing the foot control down a little makes my machine sew very fast. Is there any way to adjust the maximum speed on my machine? Or another way to regulate the speed aside from the foot control?
SOURCE: thread keeps snapping on NEW Euro Pro 32-Stitch sewing machine
I have the same machine and it is a nightmare to use for us newbies. I think I will return mine and buy a higher quality machine, I feel sad about that because I am so excited and don't want to spend more.

I had the same problem with my Shark Euro Pro 7133. My problem was in threading the upper thread. The manual does not quite explain so I had to figure this out the hard way.
In threading the upper thread . the thread first goes down from the spool througt a groove. When it comes up it must catch a silver lever that moves up and down before moving it down againPlease let me know whether this helps.
