Hello,

You would need to order:
Engine power supply 220V to 240V (HP LJ 1020 printer) RM1-2316-000CN
You can call HP Support and order for the above RM... part number.

Can i plug my hp laserjet pro cm11415fnw to 220-240v,

Some printers have a setting for swithching volts where the power cable plugs into the printer but if it doesnt it will make a big bang and that will be the end of it.

Plugged 220v Mistake

If the printer is designed for 110v and you have plugged it into 220v then most like you have damaged your printer beyond repair. The cost of repairs may be slightly less than the cost of a new printer.

The lights do not come on my LJ 1012. I have power coming to it (I substituted a LJ 1020), The power switch is on, and the one fuse inside near where the power comes in is good.

I you are tec guy:
Remove power supply board check secondary section power voltages, if not voltage, check primary section if found any component faulty replace it, if you are unable to repair it replace power supply board..
part no : RM1-0807-000, 110V
: RM1-0808-000, 220V

I have laserjet 1020 printer which can not get power please solve

Check the power cable and the outlet, of these are working properly it could be the low voltage power supply and the printer will require service.
