Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I have just had the same problem today 19th May - and have been able to fix it without replacing parts - Basically refer to here http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=bpl10237 this will show were the memory is located.
DO NOT REMOVE THE LAST SLOT - This is what they call your Firmware for the printer.
TO FIX - Just remove your memory chip following the instructions and try it in another slot - be patient wait a couple of minutes and send something to print from Word - mine worked and no problems -
Even if you have to get another memory car - you can pick them up from ebay from like $10 (aussie) hope this helps everyone - but its quicker and cheaper to fix it yourself

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

It appears that the printer is having problems reading the e-label on the print cartridge. Remove and reinstall the print cartridge, then press the Select button. That should clear the problem.
