Need help my dell labtop hasent picked up the wirless signal.with dlink why what can i do i can go any where else and it picks up sgnal no problem please help

check the visibility & frequency settings of the dlink to match with the laptop.

This featue might be turned off and needs to be turned on by typing in the ip adress of router and entering the user name and password and change your wirless seting so it will ot do this.

go to a computer that has the internet and then got to dell.com. Make sure you have a USB flash drive. Then download the drivers you need.

I know it sounds stupid but a lot of people just forget to turn on the wireless switch.

You may want to check first if the router is being picked up by other computers just to eliminate the possibility of a busted router. If no other computers can pick up your Router's signal then it's the router that you need to replace. If other computers can pick up your router's signal, then it's the computer's wireless card that's busted.
