Question about Carrier Heating & Cooling
The tech that I spoke with knew less than I did about this problem. I had to try an lead him threw what was going on. He ended up telling me that it was the igniter which it was not. It was the main board which was not sending a spark. As Carrier will not sell me the part I had to call a tech out and he comfirmed the board was bad and it will be fixed today. It was nice chatting with your tech, but he was sure it was the igniter which it was not.
PS... how do I get a refund?
