Find someone with strong fingernails and just pull it out. I have one, too, and that's what I have to do.

I need an instruction leaflet - I've forgotten how it works and how to put new pictures on it.

Hi, most of this type picture frame require an S.D. card usually the large type . There are some that are the large sd card but you can insert a small sd card into the large one . If you have a large sd card in your camera then all you have to do is insert it in the picture frame. If you have a pc you can transfer your pictures to a separate sd card and use that just for the picture frame . If you have pictures on your phone you will have to transfer them to a pc then put your sd card from your picture frame into the pc and transfer to the sd card from the picture frame.

Today, I added photos to a 16GB SD card and the digital frame is indicating that there is no card inserted, when it is. Is there any way I can get the picture frame to read the new SD card?

it may be that the sd card is incompatible with your digital picture frame

It may be too large in capacity .....it may be the incorrect type of sd there are sd hc and ad xc at the moment

Kodak EX 1011 does not recongnize memory card

On the contrary. The EX1011 is designed to work with SD cards. Your 4GB card is actually an SDHC card. While it fits into the slot, it is electronically incompatible and the frame will not recognize it as a memory card. You need to use SD cards, 2GB and smaller.

Pictures on card (can see on computer) but not on frame

Make sure the memory card is not UDMA if a compact flash memory card or SDHC if an SD memory card. Neither of those are going to be compatible. You will need smaller cards like 1gb SD or CF variety.

HOW DO I DOWN LOAD PICTURES FROM EASY SHARE PORGRAM TO PICTURE FRAME?

There is no internal memory in your frame. You can transferre them via the SD card onto the frame. But unfortunantly not irectly onto the frame without a SD card.

Kodak EasyShare SV811 won't read SD / HD card

Compatible Card-Slots : SD/MMC; xD; CF;Memory Stick; Microdrive; USB

You might have too much data on the SD card. Try with less pics onto the card.

Nextar N7-202 digital photo frame

I had the same problem and called Nextar Support. The gal I spoke with asked how big my SD card was and informed me that the capacity for this frame is only 2 GB. Sure enough, my card was 4 GB. I transferred the pictures to a 2 GB card and it works great! (Note to Nextar: might be nice if they put this somewhere in the paperwork BEFORE people buy an SD card.)
