It has to be similar to this (see link below). Most tents assemble in similar ways. Insert rods through the sleeves. Hook one side of the rod to one corner, arch the rods and hook the other side of the rod to the opposite corner. Repeat for the other rod.

How do i put buzz lightyear tent together

If it is like mine (year, etc) you simply first lay out the ground cloth (if you have one) long-wise, then lay the tent body on top of the ground cloth. Next, stake out both ends of the tent (at head and feet of tent). Now put your poll sets together (the large one is for near the head of the tent, the short for the near foot of the tent). Go ahead and put the polls in the aligned grommets (matching the ground cloth grommets with the tent-body grommets). Once you have the two polls inserted, then clip your tent to them. Now, with your tent erect, Place your fly on top and drape over the tent accordingly; then fasten the fly to the tent using the belt-type nylon clips to do so. In this case the fly does not need to be "staked", rather "belt-clipped" together instead. That's it, your're done. Don't be alarmed if your tent floor seems as though it's lifting off the ground in some areas, this is normal. Just go ahead and put your bed role in the tent and prepare your area as normal.

Can I heat up my tent?

Most of the tents can be heated to create a comfortable environment. Depending on the size of your tent and the outdoor temperature, I can recommend you to purchase an outside heater that will permit use of the tent in most any weather.

Hillary ten person family tent

Step 1 Choose a spot to set up your tent. Look for level ground that's free of large rocks or other debris. Make sure you're safely away from your campfire. If it's possible, pitch your tent away from your kitchen area as not to bring animals too close should they be attracted by the smell of food. Once you've chosen a spot, clear the ground of small rocks and sticks to give you a comfortable floor to sleep on. Step 2 Unroll your tent. Put the rainfly and poles aside. Open the tent body so it lays flat on the site you chose. Orient the door so it faces in an accessible direction. Step 3 Take out the tent poles. A basic Hillary tent will use two long poles for the tent body and one short pole of the rainfly. Assemble the two long poles and thread them through the pole guides on the tent body, attaching them to the holes in each tent corner to raise the tent. Step 4 Open the rainfly. Assemble the shorter pole and guide it through the top of the rainfly. Place the rainfly on top of the tent and secure it to the bottom of the tent body with the attached hooks. Step 5 Stake down your tent. You don't want to be surprised by a storm in the middle of the night or while you're away from camp. Stake your tent even if the weather is clear when your arrive. Use a stake at least in each corner of the tent. Find a rock to hammer them firmly into the ground.

I need assembly instruction for 8 person cabin dome tent with screen house

Clean the ground of any rocks, logs or big sticks. Open the stuff sack and pull out all of the contents. Pull the poles out of their pole bag and set them aside. Remove the tent stakes and set them next to the tent.

  • 2 Lay out the tent poles and assemble them. Push the rod blanks together to make the tent poles that will support the mesh tent body.
  • 3 Unroll the mesh tent over the cleared ground. Take care not to step on or walk on the mesh panels. Avoid sticks and snags, as the mesh rips easier than nylon tent fabric.
  • 4 Clip the Timbertop tent pole clips to the poles. There are no tent pole sleeves because Timbertop uses external pole clips for its mesh tents. Criss-cross the tent poles and push the tent pole tips into the metal holes at the end of the pole clip lines. The mesh tent will now be standing upright.
  • 5 Place one tent stake into the ground and through a pole strap stake hole. Pull the tent out as you insert the stake to keep the mesh panels tight. Stake down each pole strap around the perimeter of the tent. Unzip the doors to enter the tent. Zip up the doors quickly after entry to keep bugs and insects out of the tent.

How to put up a tent- ozark trails 16x12

I have this tent and have successfully put it up a few times. It's a big tent but it's frustrating to put up sometimes. Plan on having several people to help you. I find that it greatly helps if there are a total of 3-4 of you.
The poles are color coded. The center support are red rods. The two side supports are blue with the graphite looking rod that goes through the tent.
Spread the tent out on the ground and try to square it up and make it even. Run the center pole through the top and connect to the curved pieces which then connect to red dot poles on the side. Hoist the whole thing up. Have two people hold those poles for a while.
Get the bue poles into the black couplings and put the graphite looking rod through the tent. It will be a little tight. Hoist the blue poles into position. The bottom of the blue dot poles should be about two feet from the center. They extend outwards at about a 30 degree angle. Keep your center people holding the center poles and let the two blue dot pole section extend outwards. You'll start to see a tent shape. Your center holder people may need to keep and eye on the poles.
Now, start trying to get some stakes in. Work the corners. Once those are in and things start getting tight, it should start to hold on its own. Work all the stakes in and make adjustments to all the poles as necessary.
Extend the red dot poles up until the roof is at the proper height. I tend to do this last.
The fly basic basically clips on into holes on the blue dot poles.
It's kind of a pain to set up but its a big tent and works well once it is up. Good luck.
I took a ton of pictures after I got it up the first time. As I took it down, I shot the pictures. Then, I reverse the order and printed them to a book and now sort of use that as my manual.
    Have fun.

Hello. I have a disney princess bed tent that my daughter recieved for christmas. We went to go and set it up and the instructions are missing. Is it possible to get a copy faxed/emailed to me?

I just put one of these up today with no instructions so I am going to share my experience. In my Disney bed tent there were two long sets of poles held together by an elastic string. 1) put these two sets of poles together. Now you should have two long poles. 2) Turn the three way brackets all the same direction on both long poles. 3) Lay out the tent and look in each corner of the tent for a little pocket to insert the end of a long pole...taking the other end insert into pocket, not diagonally, straight across the long way. 4) Do the same with the other side of the tent and long pole. 5) Now take your ten short poles and attach two together making 5 medium sized poles 6) Push these into the brackets along the long pole, kind of has a ladder effect. You are done!! I use mine with a full size blow up bed, the elastic gets stretched but I can set it up easily outside, or in the livingroom. Enjoy Nancy

Square tent with 2 types gazebo poles, varenda, 2 side windows

the 2 longest of the poles go in an x over the center of the tent and the 2 shorter ones go arch to the sides. http://www.wenzelco.com/details.aspx?NavID=412
shows a picture very similar to your tent. If you go to image 2 it shows it with out the fly. now if you got 2 sets of 4 poles, 2 long and 2 short, and one set is all aluminum, then I would go with the aluminum set. It is less likely to collapse in high winds.

Coleman salt lake tent 9 man no instructions please help?

the instructions are useless anyway. you put the red poles through the 2 side bedrooms. the black rods and the black poles with the bends in join together and go diagonally through the middle of the tent. the yellow rods join together with the black poles with the yellow tape round the ends and u fit these from the inside of the front and back entrance then when the tent is up you just hook the bedrooms in. hope this was usefull

    No Instructions

Peg out the "brown" ground sheet of the inner tent and hold it up like a standard ridge tent.
Put the two shorter upright poles on the inside of the compartment (with something under the feet to prevent damage to the ground sheet). Put the 40mm tubes on the spike that pokes through, and then put the ridge pole on the outside.
Everything should then hold in place while you put the fly sheet over the top with the 2 longer poles at the front.......

tip - line up the seam on the fly sheet with the front of the inner tent as you peg it out....
    Good luck
