If you keep them oiled, then you shouldn't have any. I suggest marvel mystery oil. It's what I use on mine and I've had some of them for 15 years and use them regularly.

What year is this engine? and ci

From this chart - I think you may be misreading the number - 3970010 is possibly the actual number: Which makes the engine pretty old 68-72 350 V8 - 4 bolt main. I included past this number so that you can see that the number you posted doesn't actually exist. And thus my conclusion that the 9 is most likely a 0. My 200 amp braeker(main is tripped and wont reset. What should the incoming voltage be???

Don't mess with main breaker if you're not qualified.
Wires on main breaker are Hot even when main is turned off.
The only way to turn off main is to pull meter.

1) There are 2 Hot wires that connect to main breaker.
Each wire is 120Volts, and each 120V line is 'out of phase' with the other.
Two out of phase 120V lines create 240Volt circuit when they are wired together.
Read more on links below.

2) It sounds like your main breaker needs to be replaced, unless total of all circuits exceeds 160 amp. Turn off small circuit breakers and try main breaker again. If main resets, then turn small circuits back on one by one. Your main may still be bad.

Also take advantage of fixya phone service.
For a price, expert speaks with you over phone while you work on breaker or any do-it-yourself project.
Fixya is always less expensive than a service call.

We have a Panasonic DVD home Theater Sound System SC-HT80 and our daughter has somehow "locked" it. We cannot find the remote.....anybody know how we can fix it without remote?

Try cold start.

Power off main set manually by press power button on main set.
Unplug power cord from main set.
Wait for about 5 sec.

[Without plug in power cord] Press and hold "Power" button without release it.

Plug in power cord (must have power) to main set by using another hand [while another hand still press on main set power button]

Keep holding until u see ------ on main set FL display.
Then release you hand which just now pressed on main set.

Power on main set again by manual press power button on main set.

Result should be OK (unlocked)
