My ear piece is not working, when I put it on charge the light does not show it is charging what can I do ?

When there is no light, while connected to the charger, it is NOT charging. You should checK the charger and the power cord. Eventually check the connector in the headset.
Perhaps you even can borrow for a few moments a charger from a friend? if another charges connected the light goes on, you need another charger. If nothing changes I think the little battery inside is defect. Don't bother buying and replacing the battery, when it almost costs the same as a new headset.

How do i pairing a tl7600

*** How to Pair AT&T TL7600 with AT&T 86103 or 86109 !!!

If you have been going nuts on how to pair TL7600 with TL86103 or TL86109 Deskphone, here is a detailed answer.

First of all TL7600 does not need pairing, it is a passive wireless i.e it remains in hunt mode till a deskphone actually pairs with it.

First things first - Charge the Dect Headset TL7600 for 1-2 hours. Press the On/Off button once and you will see a blue/red light that will keep blinking every 2-3 seconds. This shows that the headset is unregistered with the Deskphone. When the headset becomes properly paired and placed on the charger, it will show steady blue light.

Okie, now to registering the headset.

a) First, lets reset the TL7600 just incase it was paired to another phone. Even if it is not, lets just do a reset to avoid some problem.

Push these buttons in the following order one by one :

Push these buttons in the following order:
b) Go to the TL86103 and keep TL7600 very close to it. Lift off the TL7600 off the charger and then put it back in.

c) Press "MENU" on telephone mode with phone handset on the phone and the phone in Idle Mode.

c) Scroll to "Settings" and then scroll to "Register"

d) All this while, the TL7600 should be on the charger. If you remove it from the charger, it will not register.

e) Within 90 seconds to 2 minutes, the headset will be registered and you will see the handset will be assigned a name on the phone.

f) Pick up the headset, switch it on and you will hear a dial tone.

g) If this doesnt work, try to first press hold for 10 seconds till it says "Unregister All Devices', Click Yes and go through the process again.

j) If you want to know how to make a call, please note that the call will have to made first on the deskphone, then switch on the headset and there you go. Either lift the reciever and make a call or press Speaker and make a call and then switch on the headset, put the deskphone handset down or switch off the speaker and your TL7600 will be connected.

*** For TL86106, everything is same till (b). After that, press HOLD Button on the phone for 4-5 seconds till you see "Registering". Within 90 seconds to 2 minutes, the device will register the TL7600.

Bluetooth is plugged into charger but keeps flashing red light, dont know if its charging or not

I had the same issue -- charged it for days and still red light flashing. I was ready to break it open and see if I could replace battery. Then I looked on the opposite end of the charger and seen a little round hole thingy. I put the end of a pen in there and pushed it twice and -- the red light went away . Plugged the charge in and steady red then purple and now blue. Looks like that is a reset ..Try it -- it worked for mine.

Does not charge when the charger is plugged. The Red light does not turn on.

Just wait for the battery to be completely drained-I did that to mine just now.after the battery is completely drained, I charged it, and it began functioning again.

GN 9350 Headset won't charge, blue light remains off I tried the solution of placing the headset on the charging cradle, then pressing both phone/USB button simultaneously The headset light...

Unplug the unit, then take the ear piece and slide the battery off .... When you have the battery detached from the ear piece, wipe off the metal prongs, leave it off for a few minutes, then put back together. Make sure you plug the unit back in. It will take a couple hours for the unit to be charged. That should take care of the issue.

Volume trouble

The top button on the control surface, the one with the green flashing LED, is the volume control. When the unit is "ON" pushing the button up or down raises or lowers the volume, simple. When you connect it to the charger that same green light will turn red while charging. If you push the top button forward (up) at the same time you press the lower button (power) the LED will flash 1-3 times. Three flashes is fully charged and one means it's getting low.

This is a great head set. I just sat on mine and broke the ear piece. I'm looking for another as we speak! It's worth more than it's current retail price by far!!!

My Motorola H700 Will Not Pair

I had the same problem and I keep trying and trying 1234, 0000 and other numbers I can think of. It was frustrating. I was ready to throw my device away and buy a new one. Then I tried something that I have not and it worked. All I needed to do is to press the big button in the center of the H700 until it turns purple steadily. And then I pulled out the microphone of the H700. The button remained purple. Then I typed the password 0000 into my cellphone. The button will flicker indicating it's finally communicating and then it finally did!. Try that. Hopefully it works for you too. It worked with mine.

CHARGING My Jabra bt160

I think something's goofy with these headsets. I bought 2 of them recently (one for me and one for my g/f). Within a week or so, she told me hers just "died" - and she couldn't get the blue light to come on when it was plugged into the charger.

Mine acted dead too, just a day or so before she told me about her problem. On mine, I think I just held down the "volume down" button and the main button at the same time for about 15 seconds and it appeared to "reset" it. That apparently didn't work for hers, but oddly enough - after a few days, we plugged it into my charger and it started working again!

Nothing's happening! Just beeping intermittently...

Hi No let it sit for a few hours and then place it into the charger overnight this should re condition the battery. Then try to repair the headset with your phone. Be sure to set up a trusted pair thus alleviating the disconnecting of the pair. Any further questions email me or repost. (E) Have a Great Day !!

My phone can't connect to the headset!!!

I don't know if it is the same case as mine, but my H700 does not connect or work at all after a few days of non use. Battery discharges completely. It is odd but if I connect it to charger - it is lit red and starts charging again... So try to charge your H700 fully, then after a few days try to connect (knowing you gave it a full charge a few days ago)and see if will work. If not - connect to a charger. If light goes red - you got a battery problem just as me. Hope it helps at least a little bit.
