Hi crazy,

The windows passwords are not easily by passable so follow the steps below and we should get you running.

first we have to start your pc in safe mode, nothing to worry about we are just starting you up in a way where nothing loads and your screen may look a bit weird but that’s normal.

  1. If the computer is running, shut down Windows, and then turn off the power
  2. Wait 30 seconds, and then turn the computer on.
  3. Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears. If you begin tapping the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error" message. To resolve this, restart the computer and try again.
  4. Ensure that the Safe mode option is selected.
  5. Press Enter. the computer then begins to start in Safe mode.
Once you can see the users screen you should see an extra login name called “administrator” click on that. Now hopefully at this point no one has put a password on the “administrator” account.

Once you are in windows you can go to:

Start Menu> Control Panel> User accounts to change anything on the other accounts, like passwords, pictures and even delete accounts that you may not want.
Please stop back if you have any further questions. I am always happy to help.

I cannot get loged on to my Hotmail address, which is ohwilson68@hotmail.com

Try logging on from a different computer, if it doesnt work, then you've lost your password, try recovering it using "Forgot my password"
If it does work on other computers, you need to do this on yours:
Get an application called CCleaner and clean everything using it, then try again, it should work.
Get CCleaner at: http://download.piriform.com/ccsetup209.exe
