To correct this issue, please follow the steps below. With the new cartridge inserted, reset the unit to its factory setting.
1. Unplug the power cord from the HP All-in-One. 2. Wait for 20 seconds. 3. Press and hold # and 3 while plugging in the power cord to the HP All-in-One. 4. Release the buttons after the HP All-in-One starts up. 5. The HP All-in-One will now be reset to factory defaults.
You press # * at the same time...... with the navegation arrows you go up to system configuration, with the arrown you navegate until you see error report...then you clear the error report.....then you turn off the printer...unplug everything from it.. unplug ac adapter from the wall wait 1 minute... then plug power back....turn on printer an Voila...is working

If the Error Code reappears, then report the error to the HP response

n Which firmware revision the printer is using (See Note below).
Check firmware in Utilities / Statistics / Code rev.
n The complete error number (See Note below).
n The Service Configuration Print þ
n The Current configuration sheet.
n Which software application the customer is using (name, version, etc.).
NOTE When reporting the System Error Code, make sure that you
supply the full Error Code (including the last 8 numbers where
applicable) and the firmware version. Without this information,
HP Support Personnel cannot help you
HP All-in-One Products - Performing a Partial Reset of the All-in-One
There are times when a partial reset may be required to restore the all-in-one to proper operation. A partial reset does the following:
Reset the user settings to the factory defaults.
Reset the language and country/region settings on some models.
Performing a partial reset
Follow the steps below to perform a partial reset of the all-in-one:
Unplug the power cord from the all-in-one.
In the table below, locate the button combination for your model.
NOTE: If your all-in-one model is not listed in the table, your model does not have a partial reset option.
Press and hold the button combination for your all-in-one.
While still holding the buttons down, plug the power cord back in. Release the buttons after the all-in-one starts up.
HP PSC 2500 series
Press and hold # and 3 while plugging in the power cord.
Note: For models that are not fax capable, press Plus (+ ) instead of # .
