If your fan is very loud, and works all the time, then probably you'll need to clean up your laptop from the inside. On average it only takes 3 months for any laptop to gather enough dirt so the CPU heatsing gets totally clogged and this causes the fan to work all the time, and in extreme cases your laptop even turns off so it protects the CPU from the excess heat. Here's a very good overheating laptop cleanup tutorial with some best practices that any laptop owner should know.

This could be a sign that your laptop is overheating. If you touch the laptop while it is running & you find it too hot, make sure that the fan is running properly & that the air ways are not blocked. You can blow compressed air into the cooling vents of the fan. If you notice clouds of dust coming out, then it might be a good idea to disassemble the laptop, clean the fan & air ways, & reassemble it back. If the fan has failed & is no longer running, it might need to be replaced.
Usually Sound from Notebook are from CPU cooling fan and from Hard drive.
But It's hardly occur in the case of Hard drive.we called it Hard drive failure and the only solution for this is new replacement.
Your problem could be CPU cooling fan not working properly. Open the Notebook ( it will be easy if you refer to manual on how to open) and start the system now, you will be able to pinpoint what causes the sound.
Clean the CPU cooling fan with an air blower and re-check if the problem still persists.
If OK,then close the Notebook otherwise replace the CPU Cooling fan with a new one.
Uninstall unnecessary softwares from add/remove programs. Did you noticed that cpu fan is working? If not then clean the cpu exhaust system with blower and also check the cpu fan function in BIOS. When using laptop always use flat surface to place it, mattress or sofa create problem with cooling and exhaust system of the cpu fan. Hope this will help you.
you're disassembling your laptop ? hmmm sounds like an expert to me ...
but if you want to take a part of your laptop. you should first take out the panel above your keyboard > take the keyboard out > take the upper part of your laptop out (the panel around the keyboard) > open the processor heat sink. Usually in most laptop you don't have to open all screw at the bottom of your laptop.
chek the adapter and female power soket on laptop. if they are ok, clear the bios by reset bottom(there is a small hole under laptop) or removing small battery on mainboard.if the problem not solved ,have to change the mainboard.
