Soap leaking out of the bottom of washer

We have a duet and we  just moved the machine to a new location, the soap is leaking from the bottom of the machine onto the floor.  Could something have been dislodged from the move?  Thanks.

My whirlpool front loader washer leaks water in front of the washer from the bottom of the machine. It does not happen with every load. Any idea on the problem?

Check the rubber boot just inside the door. You have to push the drum back slightly and rub your fingers around the entire boot. I had a similar problem and a key had fallen out of a pocket and cut into that boot. The leak would run out of the damaged boot then come out the bottom onto the floor. I purchased a new boot and it took me about 30 min to install it. The problem was solved. If the rubber boot is fine then the over soap thing is probably your problem.

Soap not being used

We learned from our new Duet that when washing with Tide soap powder, there is an adjustment inside the pull out drawer where the soap powder goes. You will see a grey plastic slider that goes to the right for liquid soap & to the left for powder soap.
Moving this slider to the left corrected this problem - not using all of the soap powder needed - for us.
Good luck !

Whirpool Duet Washer leaks from the door

Make sure the transit brackets and screws have been removed.
Other than that,I would say it needs a new door, as it is possibly twisted, and not closing tightly enough against the door seal.
Plz rate my suggestions.
Thanks.

Soap not emptied

The soap tray has a plastic separator which has one position for liquid soap (the separator goes to the bottom of the tray).
It has a second position in which the separator leave a gap at the bottom so the powder can be flushed through.
I had put powder in the liquid setting and thus the soap did not get flushed into the washer.
