No responce from ignition electrical system
First, you need to know that when you are asking for help with your vehicle - ESPECIALLY when you have and engine that will not run, there is some standard information you should include:
> C-2500 Suburban (2-Wheel Drive) or K-2500 Suburban (4-Wheel Drive)?
> Which ENGINE is your Suburban equipped with?
> Is this an AUTOMATIC or STANDARD transmission?
These things can all make a HUGE difference in the wiring diagrams for your vehicle. There are also some components that are used on one vehicle that do not exist on others. So, to make sure we are working with the correct information for your vehicle, it is necessary to get a FULL description of the vehicle.
With all that said, I also find that the problem description is a little unclear. When you say "No response from the ignition electrical system", do you mean that the starter will not crank the engine? Or do you mean that the starter is cranking the engine, but there is no ignition? Or do you mean something more like nothing works when the ignition switch is turned on?
When it comes to electrical diagnosis, it is very important to know what IS working, as well as what is NOT.
Get back to me with this information and I will see if I can help you.
SOURCE: 1995 chev. suburban fuel pump replacement, pump wont start.
The ground on the fuel pump is it ok and tight and clean ? also the brand of fuel pump is it same one always used ? did you buy it at ORileys or just where ? I changed brands once and found a good pump... I bought two pumps from same store and they both were bad.. good luck .. if it doesnt start try shooting some fuel into the air cleaner and see if it starts if so the pump still not working ok..
SOURCE: resistor
i assume your talking about the blower motor resistor
actually on this model they dont use a resistor they use 3 relays which are behind the glove box open glove box door squeeze top of door and pull out then u will see the relays

I would recommend performing a fuel pressure test to start with..

Hello and welcome. you will have to perform the bleed procedure using the fuel prime on the fuel filter housing. there is a pump on top of the fuel filter assembly, on the passenger side of engine.
Open the vent valve screw (1) by turning the screw counterclockwise several full turns.
Operate the priming pump (1) by repeatedly pumping until a small amount of fuel seeps from the vent valve. Allow the pump to fully return upward between pumps. When fuel is present, the filter is full of fuel and the system is primed.
Close the vent valve screw.
