Question about Water RHEEM 40 Gallon FVR PROP PWR Heater 42VP40FP
I have a 2000 square foot 2 story garage with a 1 BR apartment in it. There is an oil burner for heat and hot water. There is no hot water heater. Is there a more efficient system? Should I replace it with a furnace and hot water heater? It seems to be inefficient and expensive. Thanks.
The best oil burner to use would be of the condensing combination type as this would be abt 96%efficient and only heat water as you needed it probably saving you abt 30% on your oil bill
