Restart your computer repeatedly tapping the f8 key to enter safe mode while the screen is black once in safe mode where the only things working will be your keyboard and mouse allowing you to attempt to repair your computer Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS the scroll down to advanced bios features press enter change your first boot device to cd,press escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart
you could select the option start at last known configuration that worked this will tell you if and what file has been corrupted or missing then you will know if its a hardware issue
restart your computer during the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key to enter setup
if you need more help with this post a reply
hope it helps

I use the same laptop. The hardware is not the problem. The problem is Vista. Before you install any older game or buy, I would do a google search for it . See if the game is compatible with Vista 64 bit. I have been successful in finding patches that will allow the games I own to play on vista. A lot of the time the error you will get is
"Error not enough memory"
Which we both know is bull. The gateway nv52 that I own atleast came with 4 gigs and 512 for the video card. More then enough for a game like GTA SA.

Your operating system is corupted. you need to install a new one.
Your computer has the right specifications for vista though i would recommend Windows 7.
It is a much better Operating system

Okay, we need to uninstall the printer. Go to Devices and printers~right click on the HP printer and left click on Remove device. Then reboot. The correct drivers should get installed automatically. If not use the installation CD that came with the printer or better still (if the printer is old) go to the HP web site and download the Win 7 drivers/software for the F4400.
