Question about Texas Instruments TI-84 Plus Calculator

I want answers standard form.

I am just going to be frank here, you have to do the math. Move the decimal over a couple spaces and you will be fine. You can post back if you need to know how to convert it. Th ti-84 can't do everything. You need the ti 89 to do more advance things, which I don't think you need.

Hi,

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

goodluck!

with one of these

Only thing is I did not find windows 8 drivers for this printer as standard so you may run into trouble with computers running windows 8 as each computer has to have the exact operating system printer driver designed for its exact operating system .

Unless you can find windows 8 drivers somewhere on the internet

1and 5/7 ==1.7142 (5/7 to get decimal point=.7142)

+ 9 divided by minus 1.7142= minus 5.1688

using the maths laws of multiplication and division of numbers where + and - indicies are used +X+ =+ and + X - = - and - X- = +

you will find answers on the web maths pages

a) It is a 3rd degree binomial because there are only 2 terms.

b) It is in descending order because the degree of each term goes down as you read the expression from left to right

Like, -300c near absolute zero. You\'re talking a space walk here.

What is your math problem ?

Use the words: decimal part, not decimal fractin

**Any number whose decimal part is periodic (has a recurring pattern that repeats indefinitely) is equivalent to a rational number, IS a rational number**

0.345 345 345 ... =345/999=115/333

In the following screen captures, discard the last digit if it does not belong to a period. It is the effect of rounding up of the calculator

**Period is 345**

**Period is 1**

Period is**09**

Period is** 79**

In general, if you have a decimal part of the form 0.d_1 d_2 d_3....d_n d_1 d_2 d_3 ...d_n ... where d_1 is the first digit of the period, d_2 is the 2nd digit of the period, ..., d_n is the n-th digit (and the last one) of the period, then the fraction representation of

0.**d_1d_2...d_n** d_1d_2... d_n ...=(**d_1d_2...d_n**)/(99...9) where the number of 9's in the denominator is equal to the number of digits in the period.

Once the fraction is found, one should reduce it to its simplest form.
