Question about Protron PLTV-26 26 in. HD-Ready LCD Television

Doesnt work Im recently buy a Protron PLTV-26 and it doesnt work, it just turn on a yellow light, i dont know what happen, excuse my english im from venezuela, please give me some help, thanks bye

I just boughtt a 42 " vizio E420-AO.I took it home hooked it up.and it says no signal. what is wrong.

Unfortunately, Protron LCD's are very low quality, mine went out in 15months. Your problem may be similar to one I had & I fixed it by cycling the on/off switch next to where the power cord goes in the back of the TV. Also make sure the power cord is inserted right since the "yellow" light indicate powering up but not full power. Hope this fixes it since I couldn't find ANYONE that services/repairs PROTRON brand.

Tv will not turn on


Ur Tuner board have problems,just not dead yet.Replace the Tuner board will solved this problems.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish Tuner board for the replacement.

Tries a roof antena or digital antena first,than we go from there see what going on?No need for converter box this tv it a digital.

Your problem is the bad caps. in the switch mode power supply
they fail often
Use a better quality
Like NIPPON computer grade
