My nokia E63 consumes battery when in usage, and when switched off it consumes more battery. What's the problem and is there any possible solutions? Thanks.

The switched off and on, especially when turn on the phone, it consumes more power. You can turn the phone to offline in stead of switch off it

Easily drains battery even when not in use.

You would have to specify which phone you are using but here are some possible solutions.
Keep in mind that even if the phone is not in use it will use some battery power.
If your phone does not have a strong signal, sometimes constant searching for a signal will drain your battery rapidly
If you are using a smartphone, there may be background apps running, try using a task manager app or use the phones settings to close apps.

My phone,s battry and internal stir is damaged

If it's just the battery which is damaged then you must replace it as no damaged lithium ion batteries can catch fire or even explode.

If the phone is damaged as well, then please explain more clearly what's broken.

After fully charging my Motorola H700 all night, it loses its charge after an hour or two. When I plug it back in, the green light comes on in seconds. What's up with that?

seems some components inside your phone has shorted out. overnight charging is not recommended for it could cause overheating of the components of your phone which in time develops shorts.shorts , of course consumes rapidly the charge of the battery and it damages the battery also. have your phone diagnosed and fixed. next time if possible, remove the phone from the charger when it fully charged.

What would be the problem? please help

Odds are that the battery is bad. It is possible the charger is bad, but batteries are the problem 90% of the time.

Hope that fixed ya...
