Question about LG 42LC2D 42 in. LCD HDTV
I have a 1 year old 32inch LG Plasma that for the past few months keeps shutting off itself but then will power back on. We started to figure out it was happening when the window was open, could be from the humidity in the room? Yesterday it shut off by itself perminantly and will not turn back off. The warranty just expired a month ago. Is it possible or even worth taking to get fixed?
My 32" Plasma originally my daughter's so five yrs old, is not turning on. The reason is the pay as you go electric meter, which can run out without warning if I am not careful. I was away and it run out as I miscalculated, monitor will not come on!! Last two times this has happened a new fuse did the job and the second time it was just a matter of waiting a couple of days. Please help as I love the tv and my little tv is great but once you have had a LG large screen. Well you know what I mean.. Someone else said this before you said to open and check the fuse, but I think you meant in the tv? Kind regards Molly

Yes you can get this fixed and it is still worth it. It may cost $200 but it should last a long time.
