What Toshiba system do you guys have? On all 3 issues you will need to login to phone system and reprogram buttons on phones to ring or not to ring.

How do you change the time on the phone system ?

Toshiba 2000 series phones can be used with a lot of different Toshiba systems. With that in mind, this should cover your system.

Leave the handset on hook, press intercom # 6 5 2, then enter the time of a 24 hour clock, entering 2 digits for the hour, 2 digits for the minutes, and 2 digits for the seconds – enter a leading 0 for any single digit entered, press Redial, press Speaker.
This must be done at extension 200 – usually the receptionist phone. For example, if the time is 2:15 P.M., press intercom # 6 5 2, 1 4 1 5 0 0, Redial Speaker.

Wont Ring, Wont pick up another line, upgrading phone lines

You will have to do a little programming to accomplish this. I attached a website to this message that has all the Toshiba manuals. You will have to look at program number 16 for line access and 81 for ringing options. The code to get in program mode is *#*#1*2*3. Hope this helps.

How do I change the time on an office toshiba dkt2010-sd telephone. I looked in the online manual and cannot find the answer. Thanks

There a few different types of systems that work with that phone. I'm guessing that its either going to be a dk 40i or dk 280.
Leave the handset2.gif on hook, press intercom # 6 5 2, then enter the time of a 24 hour clock, entering 2 digits for the hour, 2 digits for the minutes, and 2 digits for the seconds – enter a leading 0 for any single digit entered, press Redial, press Speaker. This must be done at extension 10 – usually the receptionist phone. For example, if the time is 2:15 P.M., press intercom # 6 5 2, 1 4 1 5 0 0, Redial Speaker.

Ringer/ Voicemail Bounceback

Well, this one is kinda tricky. If the receptionist knows there's no one there, they can use VoiceMail Transfer.

From the phone, the user can set CF Busy or CF Busy/No Answer with the following codes on the intercom:

Do Not Disturb *7101 / Cancel *7100

Call Forwarding2.gif (FWD)

– Both Calls *710
– Outside Calls *711
– Intercom Calls *712

2 (All calls) + phone no. + #/
3 (Busy) + phone no. + #/
4 (No Answer) + phone no. + #/
5 (Busy/No Answer) + phone no. + #/
7 (Follow Me) + your extension no./
8 (Follow Me Cancel) + your extension no.

So, if your voice mail is 500, you would dial *7105500# to set CF B/NA for intercom and outside calls.

The last piece of the puzzle is the timing. That's *713 (00-99). Start with 24 (4 rings) and go from there. If it hits the receptionist before the forward takes place, you probably have to adjust the recall timer for call transfer, a system program.

Ringers

You definitely can change your ringer on the newer CTX phone systems, but not really sure on the older DK systems. I would have to first know what model system you have as this model phone works on both. If you have a CTX you will need the emanager software to set this up. below is manuals to all Toshiba systems. Hope this helps.

Re-setting the clock

Most Toshiba phone systems require the Date and Time be changed from port 000 or the receptionist phone. You can verify the port of the Recpt. phone by pressing the DN key and dialing # 402, the display should give you the logical and physical port of the phone you are using. After finding port 000 then press DN and dial # 652 ( for time ) and enter time in a 24 hr format including seconds, HH:MM:SS then press SDS, REDIAL. Good Luck, .....Mitelmike
