sounds like the software prob.most of these big multimedia phones crash and need to be updated by a repair shop.these have to be offical nokia updates.....but before that lift out your sim card and sd card and clean them,stick them back in and start it upagain.sometimes these get dirty
When updating software on Mobs, be sure to:
HAVE A FULLY CHARGED BATTERY INSERTED;
PUT IT ON GENERAL PROFILE;
TURN OFF YOUR PIN NUMBER;
CONNECT YOUR CHARGER TO YOUR MOB AND SWITCH IT ON;
DO NOT ----- DO NOT ---- TOUCH YOUR PHONE WHILE THE UPDATE IS GOING ON;
THIS CAN TAKE 30 MINUTES OR MORE.
And obviously don't unplug the phone from the PC.
Be patient, you may have to do a restart or two on your mob afterwards. Even remove the battery to get it going again (not recommended). But give it plenty of time.
It is also wise not to use your PC while updating software, just in case the PC freezes.
If the PC freezes during an update, you're up the creek without a paddle...
I did an update on a Sony Eric 810i it took nearly two hours.
More... Your phone turns itself on and off, sometimes more than once while updating software, you should leave it well alone during the update.
You could try this, but don't hold much hope: Press* 3 sendat the same time and turn the phone on. Keep them pressed until the reset screen appears.
Give it time to reset.
Yes! I know, you need someone to press the ON button.
Or try: Hard reset code *#7780#
If your phone used to work but has stopped because it froze and you took the battery out, to restart it. There's a possibility that it will need a reset to get it going again.
Reset code: *#7780# But if you just got it, and it has never worked, it might be blocked, by the original owner, (who lost the phone or had it stolen), using the
IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity)
in which case you need to take it to a repair shop.
there must be a virus in your computer or try to removed your memory card and restart your cellphone but try not to insert your memory card it always work 4 me dis edmark pangilinan of hackers tavern always welcome
