Call Jimi Hendrix! Just kidding. If these are spots that randomly appear on the screen it is possible that there is just a few adjustments to be made. I would however leave that to qualified personel. Adjusting the panels wildly can have negative effects and or lead to shutdown.

TC-P42ST30 power light blinks twice, replaced power supply board,no change. What to replace next?

Are you SURE you get 2 blinks? I show NO 2 blink code in the 011 model Pana plasma sets. Anyway...if you replaced the PS board and still get a code, unload the VS supply from the SC board and re-check--see if the VS supply comes up--even for a couple of seconds...about 205 volts or so. If it does--re-connect and see if it then does not come up. If not--then the SC board is likely bad (THE most common failure on ANY plasma set is the Scan board ).

Pannasonic projection tv has purple dots

If its a DLP (uses a lamp) it may be a light engine.

If its a Plasma or LCD it may be a main board, or a buffer or driver board.

In some sets it can even be a power supply problem inside the set.
