Jenoptik JD4100 z3

...its not Z3s, it's Z3 (only).
My laptop (WinXP)found a camera as I plugged it, it even installed a My Digital Camera icon on Control Panel with a drop down menu - the thing is that the Jenoptik is not in this drop down menu, and so my laptop goes on ignoring the camera, saying there's a error with the cable, or whatever - but the thing is, the laptop sees the camera, but cannot realize qhich one is it.
...now what do I do with the 500 zillions f pix I have into the memory cards? I don't want to buy a cards reader...
HELP!!!!
