Hi all Have an HP omnibus 500 running a bit slow these days thinking about trying for an upgrade. Q: A. Would I just need to upgrade the existing 128MB memory. B. If so where to find and how to remove the existing memory module from the unit. C. Have found this memory upgrade on the net £28 will this do the job. (specs below)

hi, check if u can start in safe mode, if not then u will need a bootable disk, boot it with the disk,and run scandisk to check if there is any HDD issue, u can also run the setup disk again during the process it will check for errors, run thr repair option during the setup..let me know
well there are some possibilities.you can upgrade : 1 your ramm-if supported by the mainboard 2your videocard-if supported by the mainboard 3if you really want,the processor. I really dont know the exact costs,but if I were you I would let it like it is or sell it and buy a new one..worth more than to make this upgrade. bye bye
