Question about Zooper Tango Twin Stroller
We need to know what covers can be removed, if they are machine washable or not (cardboard or plastic inside?), and general instructions for the used stroller we bought. Thanks.
There's a locking mechanism on the left hand side about mid-way down just under the armrest. You need to pull the plastic lock off of the pin and then unfold according to the "fold" instructions included in the manual.

All is not lost yet, Contact Zooper directly to see if this can be fixed before throwing out your stroller.
email@example.com 1-888-742-9899 They have an online submission form on their website under the FAQ -"I have an older zooper stroller. How can I go about getting parts or service?" but when I went there, it seemed to be a warranty registration link instead.

There is a company called Buggy Pit stop which valets as well as repairs pushchairs. I used them when i gave my old dusty broken pushchair to my sister. I had it repaired and valetted by them. They did a great job and they were not that expensive either.Hope this helps. Their number is 020 8861 0038.

Yes, the Buddy definitely came with both a rain cover and a sun shield. The sun shield folded up into a zippered black pouch. To attach it to the stroller, you use the zipper to zip the shield around the inner rim of the canopy.
Hope this helps!
