Question about Denon AVR 2808Ci Receiver
I just got this receiver (Denon AVR-2808CI) and I can't get any (very very little) sound out of the subwoofer in any mode. I also just bought a Polk PSW505 300 watt sub and I have to max out the volume and low pass dials to hear anything at all. I am using a new Audio Quest Sub-A interconnect cable and even tried using another sub and cable and still virtually no volume at all. I played around with all the setting I could find & not even for a second could I get normal sound. Could the sub-in plug be defective?
Why don't you both return these units and call Denon for replacements without these problems? Sqeaky hinges get the oil.
