A problem has been detected with this unit i need know how to enter my Service Mode Diagnostics

I have a its a GE PROFILE WPGT9350C0PL washer and i have that pop up when i push power button what can i do if you can help this missg "Notice A problem has been detected with this unit if you can tell me how to get to Service Mode Diagnostics" thanks my email is virgilbearden@bellsouth.net and thanks any thing can help

    I have a GE Profile Washing Machine installed this year who is giving the same error message "Notice: A problem has been detected with this unit" I am on a well and the psi to the wall is 48. Is there a spec for the fill rate into the washer? I am getting 2.5 gals at 30 psi per minute.



    GE tells me there is no problem with the machine. Problem is with the water pressure

    I am having the same problem, I have a GE Harmony Profile washer and I have the message, " Notice: a problen has been detected on this unit". I did not get any other code or message. I have tried unplugging it and letting it rest and plugging it back in, same message. Any clue what I can do or what the problem could be?

I'm having a problem with my GE Harmony Profile washer wpgt9350c0pl it saying a problem has been dected with this unit. I have replaced the motherboard and I'm still having the same problem...please someone help me!!!

I'll email you a few pages out of a service manual for a WPGT9360 (closest I could find to your model number) hope this helps.

    I beleive you asked how to get to the service mode. My emailed instructions more than delivered that info. In my opinion that equals a FixYa rating.

SOURCE: notice a problem has detected with this unit

If the home screen is not displayed press home then help. Then press my cycles and back together for 3 seconds.  Read what its says and then turn the power off then back on. It should be ready to go!

HI. the Main Pwb/pcb assembly(board) must be replaced in this case. there is a chip set failure that has occurred. The main board is inoperable at this time.

"NOTICE A PROBLEM HAS BEEN DETECTED WITH THIS UNIT"


DW, Press the power key to turn the washer on. If the washer is on and the Home screen is displayed, press help. If the home screen is not displayed press home then help. Then press my cycles and back together for 3 seconds. The control will display any recorded errors. A more icon will appear in the display if more than one error was recorded. Press the more icon to list any additional errors. Use the back keypad to scroll through them. Make note of all errors and post back. We'll try to help you with the problem. Catriver
