Question about Refrigerators
Model ed2fhaxso04, have checked for a cube of ice jammed, there is none. Ice is in the tray.
Look for a small reset button, may not be obvious to find, they are generally covered by some kind of plastic pop off cover somewhere on the front, if you find the reset, push it in and hold it for 10 seconds,
Before you do that even, unplug the unit and let it set with no power for 1 to 5 minutes, and try that a couple times.
If all the above fails to get the unit to drop, it is likely the timing gear jumped or broke, and you will need to replace the transmission, gears or however they sell the parts for that unit,
Bit of advice, I swore there were no stuck cubes in mine when it stuck, I looked at it for 30 minutes, low and behold there was one damn cube up in the back wedged where you could barely see it, I knocked it out and off it went, just what happened to me, you probably have it covered but look one more time
