Question about Kenmore Dryers
I need to know what part i need when a dryer is not heating anymore.
if any help the model and brand is Kenmore 90 series
The following link explains how to diagnose and troubleshoot a dryer "no heat" problem:
Please read through the link I provided you thoroughly. There are several components that can cause a no heat problem. First and foremost, make sure you have the proper voltage at the electrical outlet. You should be reading 220-240VAC at the receptacle. If part of this voltage is missing, the dryer will still run, but will not heat. That is because the heating circuits require 220VAC to operate, but the drive motor only uses 110-120VAC. Let me know if you require further assistance. I hope this helps.
PS If you ask for further assistance, please provide your MODEL number (located on a nameplate around the door opening) as all dryers are not contructed the same. This can make a difference in where the components are located, and how to take the the dryer apart.
