(3) 4 amp 150 volt fuses (slow burn), and (2) 10 amp 250 volt fuses (ceramic), all replaced. $5.50 worth of fuses DID THE TRICK. Radio Shack has them both. If you can't find a 4 amp 150 volt, 5-6 amp up to 150 volt fuses work just fine!

Re: pioneersd533hd5

Had the exact problem on 11/14/06. Ordered a power supply board, which was $300+, got it in and when I went to replace the part, found that the old part had a blown fuse (a lot cheaper). Of course if I had put in the new part it would have fixed it also. CHECK THE FUSES IN THE MIDDLE CIRCUIT BOARD (there are 3 boards).

I have a Sony KDS-R50XBR1 that has no picture. When I turn on the TV, the green Power/Standby LED light blinks for about 30 seconds, then turns red and blinks five times. The Power/Standby LED repeats...

  • Five blinks - AKB circuit (automatic kine bias), the timer/standby indicator blinks for about 30 seconds then goes to the self-diagnosis function. Something is wrong with the video. Check video out, Q705, 732, 761 and other components on the C board, also check Q218, 219, 220 on the A board. In addition, unit could be in IK blanking, try turning up screen A2 slightly.

Red standby lights is always on and when I try to turn on tv the green temp light blinks once, goes off and then green lamp lights up. TV does not turn on.

Samsungs problem child, if the lamp is ok, then the best thing is to have a good tv shop inspect it, last three we had where not repairable, needed DMD, Digital board, cost more than tv was worth.

Turns on for 30 sec then goes bright blue and goes back into standby. turn back on it does it agian

This is blue CRT problem in tv as it is rear projection tv that has three CRTs red-green-blue inside to project color picture on front screen.
Blue CRT (tube) will be replaced to fix the issue and it is job of Pro because lots of adjustments are required after replacement of tube.
Local tv repair shop will help you for that.

Samsung HLP4674W - changed bulb - still no picture - lights flash

If the lamp has been replaced I would think the Lamp ballast would be most likliest followed by the color wheel and then the Digital board. You can get any part needed for your model at just leave them a email they respond quickly.
