Its the first time I post here. I have a problem with a Xerox Docucolor 12. When I turn on the machine, the main motor doesnt run and gives "9-343 error" on display.
Some weeks ago I had some similar errors (9-342,9-344) but machine works after turn off during some seconds. Other time I had to enter on Component Control (DC330), enter "9-215" and got change Low value into High value.

But this time I got "9-342" error, I got to put High value on DC330 (9-215) but I couldn't with "9-343" error. I cannot change L into H (enter codes 4-007, 9-059 and 9-215).
I have checked IOT Drive, and some cables,... As fas as I know it has some to do with IBT or 2nd BTR...

Anyone has some idea? Who can help me? Thanks!

try changing the FD interlock SW. Also check if the gears on the 2nd BTRare having good contact with the clutch. If still no difference, replace the 2nd BTR clutch. If you are unsure how to check/fix this issue please contact your local repair shop or manufacturer technical support.

Error 9-358, Por favor si pueden enviar respuesta en español. Gracias

Problem seems to relate to the BTR Cam Sensor. The area around it might covered in toner and if so, you could try blowing out the sensor using air. Might also be due to a bad, dirty or full 2nd BTR assembly. Empty the waste from this. Do NOT hold the plate too far open otherwise it may lead to problems in the future. Clean it thoroughly before replacing it. It is also possible that the 2nd BTR cam might not be seated properly into its home position. Also, the clutch could be bad.

That is a BTR contact failure. The Bias Transfer Roller is not making proper contact.
Most likely time for the BTR assembly to be replaced.

Error code 9-343 for Ducocolor 12

That is a contact failure on the BTR roller. It is the larger black roller inside the left side door. It may just have a dirty contact, or may need to be replaced. But for some reason the machine is not seeing good contact to that roller.

The BTR Retract CAM Sensor is either defective or dirty. Before replacing the cam sensor, you may try just cleaning the drive clutch for the BTR assembly. If it's very dirty, that may be your problem. Average price for this part is around $20.00. This varies depending model of printer.

That means , second BTR is not in contact with transfer belt. Open front door and pull out paper transport and check that is everything OK with black roll and her assembly.Check sensors for dirt, and gears for damage. If You have used one ,replace it.
